2. Läs, öva,
lär dig stava och uttala följande glosor:
meal – måltid
soup – soppa
slice – skiva
stock cube – buljongtärning
chop - hacka
onion – lök
pan – gryta
add – lägga till
celery – selleri
stir – röra
thick – tjock
grated cheese – riven ost
boil – koka
mash – mosa
rolling pin - kavel
3. Use this recipe and make chocolate muffins at home.
4. Write 7 sentences/ 7 words in each, to
describe the baking process and the result! Give the story to me in school!

Chocolate muffins

2 eggs
2 1/2 dl sugar
2 dl white flour
some salt
4 msk cocoa
1 1/2 tsk vannilin sugar
½ tsk baking powder
100 g butter or margarine
Melt the butter or the
margarine, let it cool off..
Stir egg och sugar puffy.
Mix flour, vanilla sugar,
salt and baking powder.
Sift the mixture into
the egg mixture.
Add the butter and stir for a
while.
Put the dough in small baking
tins , made of paper . There will be around 18 muffins.
Bake in 7-8 min. in the
middle of the oven in 200 C.
Let them cool off before they are
moved from the baking tray.
